Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Operations Manager who will be responsible for the overall success of our growing hub in Melbourne. This role will handle a blend of sales, operations, events management and strategic marketing activities. The Manager will also take on leadership and management responsibilities for new team members. This role is ideal for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, previous sales experience, organised and a proven track record in building successful operations from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and increase occupancy rates.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current members.

Conduct tours and engage with potential clients to showcase the value of joining our community.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet occupancy targets.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily operations to ensure the facility runs smoothly and efficiently.

Implement and review operational policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimise financial and operational performance.

Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations for the site.

Marketing and Promotion:

Collaborate with the Group marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns specific to the local market.

Identify and capitalise on local marketing opportunities to enhance visibility and attract new members.

Represent Tank Stream Labs at local events and networking gatherings to promote the brand and forge strategic partnerships.

Team Leadership (Once certain pre-agreed Occupancy achieved):

Hire, train, and manage the Community Manager, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.

Foster a collaborative and dynamic workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent.

Proven track record in sales, business development, and operational management.

Strong leadership qualities with experience in staff management and team building.
